Migration Agents operating within Australia are required
to be registered with the Migration Agents Registration
Authority and are bound by a Code of Conduct.
There is no requirement for applicants to use the services
of a migration agent and the decision is entirely optional.
However, bear in mind the benefits from using a registered
agent, which include:
- maximizing your chances of success by ensuring that
ALL the different available options are explored
- receiving accurate advice in regard to the option most
suited to your circumstances
- receiving expert advice and guidance on procedural
matters
- reducing problems and delays associated with a lack
