swimming pool and the backyard provides for an ideal outdoor
lifestyle.
The property is fully self-contained.
It is equipped with linen, towels (bath and beach), hairdryer,
crockery, cutlery, tea towels, picnic set and much more.
With our compliments, on your arrival you will be given
a Welcome Pack including some
of the basics such as tea, coffee, milk & sugar so that
you can ‘put your feet up’ and get acquainted
with your surroundings.
The house itself is set in a whisper quiet cul-de-sac
in Perth’s Northern Suburb of Beldon.
Beldon lies approximately 21 kms to the North of Perth’s
CBD. A further 5 kms to the North is the City of Joondalup.
Some 2 km’s to the West lies the magnificent Sunset
Coast with many fantastic beaches and picnic areas. Travel
around 30kms to the East and you will be in Perth’s
famous wine region, The Swan Valley.
Beldon is well located and boasts primary and secondary
schools, medical centre, local shopping centres, bus and
train services and easy access to the Mitchell Freeway.
The City of Joondalup hosts both public and private primary
and secondary educational institutions, major hospital,
TAFE, Edith Cowan University, AIUS Curtin University and
Western Australian Police Academy. Close by you will find
both public and private golf courses as well as many gyms
and sporting arenas.
In Beldon and Joondalup as well as the surrounding areas
there are many Cafés, Restaurants and fast food outlets.
